HOW TO USE

① Before cleansing, apply a generous amount of the liquid to your eyelashes with mascara applied from the roots to tips, tracing them with the comb.

② Blend it with your makeup remover and rinse it off. You can also remove mascara by gently pinching your eyelashes with a cotton pad.
